Disney Channel has been promoting their new site Friends For Change all summer with TV promotions. But, the theme song you've been hearing on all of those commercials is now available on iTunes! It's called "Send It On" and the first time you listen to it, you will get chills. The song is great and very powerful. The artists who sing it are six of Disney's most powerful and popular stars: the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. All proceeds go to charity.
