Oh, Joseph.
Miley Cyrus might've just cursed Joe Jonas when she told the world that one night while doing karaoke with the JoBros, Joe decided to sing Beyonce's hit, "Single Ladies". Well, thanks to Miley, us fans and probably Nick and Kevin, Joseph Adam Jonas, in all his glory, is dancing to the song in a black leotard and heels. This video made my day and shows the reason why I love the Jonas boys so much.
SORRY FOR LACK OF UPDATES!
OMG! Sorry for not updating. School has been taking over. Finals are almost here and they're killing me (especially my fashion class one!). Also, The Thespian had her birthday (can you guess how old I am?). So, all you fashionistas and thespians out there, here's what's been going on so far:
- Need a simple prom look for less? Do what I did! Go to outlet stores of designers! I got a great LBD for my prom at the BCBGMAXAZRIA outlet for $100. My shoes were American Eagle from Payless and a simple bag from Mandee. I'll try and make a post of it.
- What's new in Music? Well, it seems nothing much has been happening in the music world. Next week, the Jonas Brothers' new album "Lines, Vines and Trying Times" hits shelves. I cannot wait! The Jonas Brothers are also on the cover, along with Mama J, for the July issue of Good Housekeeping as well as in "Night At The Museum" where they play cherubs!
- In TV news, what's going on with Jon and Kate Gosselin?! It seems that those two just won't tell everyone the truth! Let's hope that they stay together for their kids' sake!
- So I wasn't able to watch the MTV Movie Awards, but I did see the trailer for "New Moon"! I'm so excited for the movie to come out. Taylor Lautner looks smoking hot! And rumor has it, he's been dating Selena Gomez for months! Jeez, first she gets Nick Jonas and now Taylor Lautner?!
- For all you theatre kids, the TONY awards are coming soon! Shows like "Billy Elliot", "33 Variations" and lots of others are up for awards. I was very happy that "In The Heights" won for "Best Musical" last year. It truly is a great show and they so deserved it.

RECYCLE YOUR JUICY!
I just got a Facebook update from Juicy Couture's Facebook profile and thought I'd share this with all of you. From May 12 at 10am - May 19 at 9pm, you can donate your old Juicy clothing at certain Juicy retail stores. The event is called "Juicy Gives: Recycle Your Couture". All donated clothing goes to women in local shelters. Not only does this act of generosity give to women who can't afford clothes, but it also gives back to the customer. When you bring in your clothes, you will receive 20% off your purchase (full priced items only). There are only a few locations where you can bring your clothes (I suggest old terry or velour track suits and t-shirts). The stores are:
- Village at Corte Madera in Corte Madera, CA
- King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, PA (one of my FAVORITE malls ever!)
- Houston Galleria in Houston, TX
- Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL
- 12 Newbury Street in Boston, MA
- 101 Oak Street in Chicago, IL
- 105 Grant Avenue in San Francisco, CA
- 37 W. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, CA
- 3034 M Street in Washington, DC
- Village at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, FL
- Americana Manhasset in Manhasset, NY (this shopping center has every designer store you can imagine since it's a "Miracle Mile" shopping center).
You can check out more of this event on Juicy's facebook page.

FACEBOOK CHAT
For those of you who are trying to get on to the Facebook chat the Jonas Brothers are having, it doesn't seem to be working. This is most likely due to the overwhelming response the boys are having like they do whenever they do some sort of chat.
So keep trying! I know I am! Hopefully it'll work soon!

JONAS AND TINTED WINDOWS REVIEW!
Again, I've been horrible with the updates. I need to change the Artist and Brand of the Week. I think I'm going to change 'Week' to 'Month'. It's just easier that way. But anyway, this post is a review of the first episode of JONAS and Tinted Window's self-titled debut album.
Okay, so JONAS was basically your typical Disney show. Somewhat stupid humor with some cute and extremely popular boys and BAM! You have JONAS! I did like the show. The boys seem to almost play the same characters like they do in Camp Rock. Kevin is the dumb but cute one, Nick is the serious one and Joe is basically the one caught in the middle. I think they have great chemistry on camera and in my opinion, Nick seems to be the best one at the acting.
One of my favorite characters on the show is Macy. The girl is hysterical! She somewhat reminds me of myself since I tend to get very excited and giddy and squeal and/or scream very loud when I hear something about the Jonas Brothers. However, I'm not as stalker-ish as she is.
Stella is great. She's calm, cool and a great stylist. I think her character will become a fan favorite on the show. Chelsea Staub is perfect for the role.
Going on to Tinted Windows... The album is great. At first, it took some time to get used to but the songs are an incredible mix of pop and rock. All four musicians show their talent. However, one of my best friends, who is a Hanson fan like me and loves Taylor, didn't like the album. She said she only liked the first song "Kind of a Girl" and that was really it.
My favorite songs are "Messing With My Head", "Without Love" and "Can't Get A Read On You". The one that is my absolute favorite and one that I think everyone will relate to is "Back With You". The lyrics and melody are perfect.
Go check out Tinted Windows and tune in to Disney Channel this Saturday at 8pm for a brand new episode of JONAS. There will be actual home videos of the boys in this episode. *Sigh* I just love brotherly love <3

JONAS!
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I might miss the premiere of Jonas. I already missed my favorite show, Gossip Girl, on Monday and now I have to miss a show that us Jonas Brothers fans have been waiting ALMOST A YEAR for! I'm going to see a show, so I'm going to have to record the premiere. But make sure to tune into Disney Channel at 8pm! The series looks hysterical! PEACE. LOVE. JONAS <3

UPDATE!
Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated in a week but school's been crazy this past few weeks! My fashion show last Thursday for my fashion class went great! Everybody got to walk our 100 ft. runway. It was crazy! The whole night was amazing. I've never done something so exhilarating. It was great to show all of the teachers and our families our passion for designing and marketing.
Another event that went well was my spring concert that just passed on Wednesday. I sang with the Vocal Jazz ensemble and then our choir. Both sessions went great as well as all of the band and orchestra pieces. My school has a lot of talent and it was great for all of us to show that to our peers and family.
One thing I'm very excited about is that I got into the FIT classes I registered for! I'll be taking a merchandising and event planning classes. I hope all of you sign up soon! Some classes are already filled up so hurry!
One more note, I got rid of my Twitter account. I wasn't really using it and found it to be no use.
HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE UPDATE!
- The Thespian
